This website and the brand "LifeMomentsPaper" are commercially operated by Raquel Jimenez Morales, a registered Sole Trader in the United Kingdom (hereinafter referred to as “Creator,” “we,” or “us”).

These Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between you and the Creator regarding your use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Description & Delivery

LifeMomentsPaper exclusively sells digital products, including but not limited to editable Canva templates, digital memorial designs, instant downloads, and online-accessible template links (collectively, "Products").

  • All Products are delivered electronically.

  • No physical item will be packaged or shipped.

  • All digital products are newly provided to each customer through a download, access file, or template link. They are not used, refurbished, or previously owned goods.

  • Each product page explains what is included with the purchase and how the digital product is accessed or used.

3. Digital Returns and Refunds Policy

Because our Products are digital and can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or edited immediately after purchase, all sales of digital products are final.

  • Returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations are not accepted once digital access or the download link has been provided.

  • Defective Files or Access Issues: If there is a technical problem accessing your digital file, PDF, or Canva template link, please contact us immediately at lifemomentspaper@gmail.com. We will help resolve the issue. If we cannot provide working access to the purchased digital product, a refund may be issued.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

  • Currency: All fees and prices displayed on the Service are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Taxes & VAT: LifeMomentsPaper is operated as a small UK sole trader business and is not currently required to register for UK VAT because it is below the statutory VAT registration threshold. Since this store operates through Fourthwall as the Merchant of Record, any applicable local digital VAT, sales tax, or similar tax required by the buyer's country or region may be calculated and added at checkout by Fourthwall or its payment processors.

  • Payment Authorization: You authorize the Creator and its third-party payment processors (provided via Fourthwall) to charge all sums for the Products you purchase to your specified payment method.

5. Intellectual Property & Licenses

  • Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Creator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the purchased digital templates solely for personal, non-commercial use (unless explicitly stated otherwise on the specific product page).

  • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sub-license, or publicly exploit the digital files or templates provided by LifeMomentsPaper.
