LifeMomentsPaper sells digital products, including editable Canva templates, digital memorial designs, instant downloads, access PDFs, and online-accessible template links.

  • All products are delivered electronically.

  • No physical item will be packaged or shipped.

  • Each product page explains what is included with the purchase and how the digital product is accessed or used.

  • Because no physical item is shipped, shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes do not apply to digital purchases.

1. Digital Product Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because LifeMomentsPaper products are digital, all sales are final once digital access or the download link has been provided. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once digital access or the download link has been provided.

Digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or edited after purchase, meaning they cannot be returned or restored like physical goods.

2. Digital Access or File Issues

If you experience any technical issues opening your download, accessing your PDF, access file, or using your Canva template link, please contact us. We are committed to helping you resolve access issues.

  • What to include: Please include your order number and a short description of the problem.

  • Resolution: We will help you troubleshoot or replace the link as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 business days. If a refund is approved in an exceptional case due to an unresolvable technical defect, the processing time may depend on your original payment method and provider.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the payment options supported by our ecommerce provider.

Payments may include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, AfterPay, or other local payment methods when available.

4. Merchant of Record

Orders, checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, and ecommerce services are handled through Fourthwall.com, our ecommerce platform and Merchant of Record.
